Word 2007. How do I get my list of words in a table into alphabetical order?

Hi Anne,

Must report that I don’t have Word 2007 and have yet to be convinced that I need it but I will do my best to answer your question anyway. My answer will reflect Microsoft Word 2002 which is the version I am using.

I don’t know about Word 2007 but in my version all I do is this:

Select the column to sort

From the Menu Bar Choose Table, Sort

Next I just click OK.

Feel free to ask one or all of the other volunteers about this issue.

One of them just may have run into a similar situation and they all are a lot smarter than I am.
