Question
Hi,
I try many ways to solve the problem with the pop up as "Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal.dot. Do you want to save those changes?".
Can you tell me what can I do to stop this pop up?
The other problem is that I cannot delete the Normal.DOT from my PC, can you tell me how can I do?

Answer
Hello Sarim,

That can be frustrating and confusing. Because it can be a symptom of more than just one challenge Word is having, it would be better if you go to the site I have listed below and follow the suggestions. It is the Microsoft Support site, and it lists pictures of where you are to click to remedy the situation. In addition, it lists the possible reasons this is happening. It isn’t unusual, but it can be a puzzle. This will help you to get Word working well again.

Microsoft Support Site for Global template Changes:

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
Pamela
