Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word in particular is one of the most popular programs that our firm, Computer Help provides instruction, one on one tutoring and consultation. I personally use MS Word for almost every task: Envelopes, Mailing Labels, Database, WordArt, Interactive Forms, Faxes, Letters, Lists, Newsletters, Tables, Email Editor and much more. The exception, Graphics and Web Pages. For graphics I use
Ulead's PhotoImpact and Microsoft's FrontPage for web site design.

Question I read your answer to the Medical Transcriptionist from jan.16, 2009. I printed and completed from your instructions, which were the only instructions I could find! Thank You! The "plain" entries transferred to my new computer great, but the "formatted" entries did not:(
I too am a medical transcriptionist and have spent the better part of the week transferring info from my old computer to my new computer. I am not looking forward to remaking all of my doctor's forms, addresses of all the doctor's offices, and medical terms that require a format (italicized) type when created. I have so many (9 year's worth) and I really wish you could give me an answer to this! The transfer completes all plain-type and then prompts me with an error code #5491 that there are spaces in the entries between words, which what I found is all of the format-type entries. I am grateful for the plain-type transfer, but really need them all, or productivity is going downhill for some time as I recreate all of these.
Thank you so much for your assistance.
Pam
Answer Hi Pam,
I tried to find something on the web about your error code 5491 and didn’t find anything useful.
Feel free to ask one or all of the other volunteers about this issue.
One of them just may have run into a similar situation and they all are a lot smarter than I am.
