Question
When I try to use the custom size for the envelope 4 3/8 x 5 3/4 I get the message "the requested envelope size is not valid" I have used these envelopes in the past and can't figure out what is wrong now? I have un installed and re installed the program and that doesn't fix the problem. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I've not come across the message, but did find a similar question asked of one of the other experts

BUT it didn't give a solution as such - however, that's the best I can come up with at the moment.
