Question How does microsoft word work with other elements???
Answer Hello Kylie,
That is a large question. If you mean how does Word work with other Microsoft Office elements, then the answer would be that it works quite well. If you are trying to use Word with other word processing programs, the answer would depend on which version of Word you are using…the older versions would tend to do less feature-wise, but might be more compatible with other word processing programs.
Word has built in options for saving under various Word versions, as well as having the ability to save in other types of formats, such as web pages (using its own type of html), Rich Text Format, which retains formatting quite nicely and opens on both a Mac and a PC, and plain text, which can open in spreadsheet programs.
I hope this gets you on your way. Write back if you have further information to provide, and I will be happy to help.
