For one employer, I created several macros to address the issues of translating a document from a Sun-based desktop publisher to Word and then from Word to ASCII (a VERY specific application). I have created mail merge letters and labels, fliers and brochures, concert programs, investment company documents, large running tables, along with the more ordinary word processing documents.

Question I'm trying to print a page with two text boxes. It looks like it fits on the screen but when I print it cuts off the print. I have set all my margins and the size of the page under page set up and under the print menu. What could be causing it to not print as it appears on the print preview?
Answer Hi Er,
It's possible to place text boxes outside of the margins so they wouldn't print properly. If you right-click on the text box and choose Format Text Box, then click on Layout->Advanced->Picture Position, you can set the edge relative to the margins, rather than the page. I hope this helps.
