Question
I have two computers running micro soft word 2003, using the same printer.  One will print font shadows the other will not.  All is dark printed on the one that will not print font shadows.  Any ideas?

Lester

Answer
Hi Lester,

If your documents are identical (font type, etc.) then there is no reason for the difference in printing.

As a precaution, I would download updated printer drivers on the computers to ensure you have all patches and updates to the printer software as well as to the MS Office application.

Hope this helps.
