Question
Mr. Heritage:

Page numbering with MS2010 and always did what I want, until today. When I select a number to be inserted in the upper right of the page, it inserts at the bottom middle. Every time. When I select Different First Page it prints a number on that page anyway. What is going on and how do I fix it?

Thanks.

Answer
Odd - I've not come across this issue, and googling isn't helping me either.  It may be that a style setting is at fault, so possibly deleting the normal.dotm template (http://www.pcmag.com/slideshow_viewer/0,3253,l=252321&a=252321&po=5,00.asp) as this could solve the problem.  Other than that, if I can look at a sample document this MAY shed some light (email is aidan.heritage@virgin.net)
