Question
Question
Cursor jumps to another line or middle of another word while I am typing and inserts whatever I am typing in the wrong place. This happens with both Word 2010 and Outlook 2010. I am an experienced secretary and have never had this problem before. I have recently (January 2013) purchased a Fujitsu laptop together with Microsoft 2010 and the problem has only manifested itself since these purchases. Are you able to let me know what I need to do?

Answer
I haven't experienced this myself, but it does appear to have been flagged by others - see https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=office+2010+cursor+jumping&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-gb:IE-SearchBox&ie=&oe=&safe=images&gws_rd=cr&ei=VN9CUqGGOI_20gWJyICoDQ - this indicates that there may be multiple causes/solutions (hence my posting a google link)
