To access the Freeze Panes feature in Microsoft Excel 2010 go to View > Freeze Panes > Drop down. At the drop down menu your choices will be: Freeze Panes, Freeze Top Row and Freeze First Column. Depending on choice, this features will allow you to keep rows or columns visible while scrolling through larger spreadsheets.
If you need a similar function for printing: Page Layout > Print Titles > Sheet. This will allow you to select rows or columns to repeat at the top or left column of each page.
Hope this was helpful.
