Michelle, I appreciate your reply that the image did not load. I will try uploading it again.
Here again is my problem: I really need some help with my merge codes (sample below). I am merging my word letter with an Excel worksheet.  (Using Microsoft Word & Excel 2010)

Scenario: If the Appt Date and Appt Time are not blank, I want to display its contents.
But if it is blank, display either the contents of the Mail In or Call In column.

These are the field codes I am using in my document in this order, but something is missing or out of place because this is not working.

Hi Elizabeth,

As far as I know this does not work if you have information typed in front of field. It seems you have the words "Appointment Date" and "Appointment Time" typed in. Have you tried adding fields only (like below date)? This should solve your problem.

Please see attached images for examples. The samples are set up for labels only so you could see multiples on one page for image upload purposes. Feel free to follow up if you have additional questions.
