Microsoft Word/Auto Hyperlinks and Bookmarks

Dear sir,
I have MS-Word file which has 1000 pages with so much data of Numbers and Texts. I want to create automatic Bookmarks and Hyperlinks for entire document instead i make manual work.
For example:
M49*   Spondylopathie (in page 2)
M49*   Spondylopathies in diseases classified elsewhere
See code Excludes: psoriatic and enteropathic arthropathies (in page10)

I do not see which version of Word you are using, but I am hopeful that the following link will provide you with an option that is what you are trying to do.
