Absolutely untrue. The questioner describes the symbol required perfectly adequately. It is simply NOT available in the list of symbols. That is why he or she has asked the question. Not because he or she doesn't know how to insert a symbol but because the one wanted is, irritatingly, not there.

Surely there must be some system font that has the Published symbol in Microsoft Word. I mean, it appears on pretty much every music album ever published.
