Answer Dear Sunitha, the lightest and most moist cakes can be baked by microwave. Use a silicon, glass, plastic, or ceramic cake pan, preferely a ring or Bundt shape. Mix the batter and line the cake pan with wax paper to prevent sticking and making the release from the pan easier. Cover the dish with wax paper and microwave on high for about 10 minutes or until the cake has set and a pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Good luck.
