How to make pizza in Microwave with Convection & Grill model

Answer
Hey Bhawana, you can bake fantastic pizza with your oven but you must use the convection mode to finish it off and make the crust crispy. For frozen pizza: Place the pizza on the rack and microwave for about 3-4 minutes or until the cheeses are bubbling. Then turn the oven on to the highest convection, pre-heat, temperature and bake the pizza for about 5 minutes or until the crust is browned and crispy. Or, Pre-heat the convection mode to the highest temperature and add the pizza and bake for about 20-25- minutes or until the crust is crispy and the top slightly browned.
For fresh pizza: Roll out the crust and place it on a dinner plate and microwave it for about 3 minutes or until it becomes firm but supple. Press out the bubbles and add the toppings and return to the oven and bake as directed for frozen pizza. Enjoy!!!
