Question
is it good to health to take microvave cooked food

Answer
Microwave is the healthiest way to cook. More nutrients are retained in food when cooked by microwave that any other method of cooking. Also, the best things for us to eat cook best by microwave including; vegetables, fruits, rice and grains, lean meats, and poultry. The only thing microwave energy does in food is to create heat. It is convenient, fast, and energy efficient to cook by microwave.
