Question
Greetings,
I am a 50% service connected disabled Veteran with part ownership of a clothing factory in the Dominican Republic.  I would like to know the steps to take to try and receive contracts for producing uniforms and apparel for the military.  Can you provide some guidance, contact info and rules for engagement on this subject.

Respectfully,

Allen

Answer
Hi Allen
The best way to see what clothing opportunities are available in the military market is to go to https://www.fbo.gov.  Type "clothing" in the 'Quick' window and you should see if there are any  procurements for you to bid on.  If not, you may wish to try another name such as "uniforms".  I don't know anything about this catagory, but fbo gove covers all procurements.  If you should find an opportunity, your service connected dissability will give you special consideration.
Good look with your search.
