Brig Noor Husain served as the last ADC to the Quaid and was also the military attaché to the Queen during her visit to Pakistan after partition. His wife was the daughter of Khawaja Shahabuddin and niece to Governor General Khawaja Nazimuddin. His eldest son was a prisoner of war in 71, but did not receive the sword due to appendicitis.
