I'm working on identify two guidons marked with bravo company 530TH with Coast Artillery two filed guns with small projectile in center on markings and Charlie company 530TH with only two field guns on it. Looking to see how they are tied with the Washington National Guard.

Federalized into the US Army as the 2nd Battalion, 205th Coast Artillery Regiment, Washington State NG at Olympia, Washington, February 3, 1941

Located at Fort Lewis, Washington State, beginning February 14, 1941

Located at Santa Monica, California, beginning December 11, 1941

Redesignated 530th AAA Automatic Weapons Battalion at Santa Monica, California, September 10, 1943

Departed New York Port of Embarkation, December 16, 1944

Arrived at Gourock, Scotland, December 21, 1944

Arrived in England, December 23, 1944

Arrived in France March 8, 1945


Rhineland         September 15, 1944-March 21, 1945
Central Europe    March 22-May 8, 1945

Arrived at the New York Port of Embarkation November 2, 1945

De-activated at Camp Shanks, New York November 3, 1945
