Answer
Dear Greg,
ORD is the acronym for Overseas Replacement Depot and U.S. Army Air Force Base Kearns, Utah was a training field for Air Corps combat crew personnel. Project NAN 1129 was one of the sub projects for the Manhattan Project. You can contact the U.S. Air Force Historical Research Agency at Maxwell Air Force Base and they can provide further details on Project NAN 1129.
