My follow up question is; Did Russia ever use the JagdPanthers / PanzerJagds against Germany along with the the captured Panzer's?

Indeed both the Allies and the Soviets captured German Tiger 1 and 2 tanks also Panther tanks.  So few Tiger tanks were captured that I cannot find any proof that they were used against Germany.  The Panther was used against Germany by the Soviets.  The Soviets were able to capture enough Panther tanks to have spare parts to fix broken vehicles.  There is some evidence of the Allies using Panther Tanks in France in 1944 but very limited usage as the allies didn’t want to fire on their own people.  After World War 2 the French used Panther tanks as their main battle tanks along with US supplied Sherman tanks until the French industry could produce its own tanks

The Soviets did capture and use some German assault and anti tank vehicles.

I cannot find any proof that the Soviets used Jagdpanther vehicles but they did use the much more numerous japdpanzers based on the Panzer 3 and 4 hulls.  The Germany built less than 500 Jagdpanthers.  In contrast the Jagdpanzer 4 had 2000 units built and the Jagdpanzer 3 close to 10000 built.  Again spare parts with any captured unit becomes a problem.
