Hello
Iam a Syrin teacher and I'd like to ask you a question:
How to deal with a shy learner ?
Answer
Find out what they are good at and praise them for their success. You need to build up their trust in you which gives them confidence. Avoid asking them to do things in front of other students unless you are sure they are unlikely to make mistakes.
