Question
I have a mitsubishi Pajero 2006 turbo diesel 4x4. I put uleaded petrol in it tank, it was quater full of diesel and filled with unleaded. It started to slow down then stoped. Have i done any major damage or can it be drained and flushed. Only drove it for 20klm before it stoped.

Answer
Shane,
You shouldn't have caused much, if any, damage.  Unless you continuously tried to start the car after it died and wore out the starter motor, you should be fine.  Drain out any remaining pretrol/diesel mixture and pull the glow plugs and inspect them for damage.  If you need to replace the plugs, do so.  Then fill with fresh diesel fuel and hopefully you'll be good to go.
Good luck!

Expertise

I have been working with (and driving) a first generation Mitsubishi Eclipse for several years. Anything that could go wrong with an Eclipse has probably happened on mine. Fortunately, I have gained a lot of knowledge from experience in repairing these problems myself.

Experience

Identifying and repairing problems in mechanical and electrical areas. Plus, I have learned many ways to enhance performance to the incredible engine Mitsubishi put in their early model Turbos.
