what we can do!! also, there is some thing make me confusing,, when i want to go save mode by press f8 i got a loudly sound and didn't open!!

please help us,,

i'm sorry to my language, i know it's not so good but i hope you can understand me

ANSWER: Disk defragmenter
click start -programs - accessories - system tools - disk defragmenter
if you don't have the windows start bar at this point you can run it manually from the task manager. Just click file -new tsk as you did for explorer. Type cmd.exe when the command line opens, type "defrag c: -f"
without the quotes.
You may want to email me to continue solving this problem as the website will cut you off at a 2nd follow up

Bear with me if i'm not understanding the problem correctly.
If you start windows and all you see is the background - no start menu, no task bar, no icons, hit ctrl+alt+del.
The task manager should pop up. Go to "file", "new task", then type "explorer.exe"
That should load up the desktop.
Now we need to find out why explorer is not loading.
First get this free program:
http://www.stevengould.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=29&Itemid=2...
install and run that, say no to demo mode.
Then run disk defragmenter - start-accessories-system tools. Run that twice.
Then open my computer, right click c:, go to tools, click the button for check disk. check both boxes and reboot.
Hopefully everything comes up now.
If not or if I have not understood the problem please let me know

Answer
You should see it actually defragmenting the disk. If nothing happening except what you showed in the picture, then we can attempt to fix the computer from the windows XP CD. You will need a actual windows XP CD and it needs to have the same service pack as installed on the computer.
System restore disks will not usually work. If you got a disk that says operating system, that should be correct. Other wise you'll need to borrow one from someone. You can find which service pack by check the key code sticker on the bottem of the laptop.
You can use someone elses, we just need to get system files from it. It is not illegal to do that.
Your gonna have to sent your reply be email as you'll be locked out from this website after 2 followups.
