Question hey i have a problem on my laptop...its a dell laptop...for some reason everytime i turn it on it has a shady color transition...sometimes the shady part turns red yellow dark blu or light blu...i dont know why this happen...all i ever do is turn it off and on and sooner or later it comes on normally (after 30 minutes at the most(..the worst part of it the text is like really thin that u can read it...have u somehow ever encountered this problem?
Answer If you have never cleaned the laptop all sorts of things can occur.
Best thing to do is purchase some canned air from a local office supply store. Use the canned air to blow out all the fan vent holes of the laptop. If you feel adventurous you can also remove the keyboard to get in the better. You want to get as much of the dust out as possible.
If you don't want to remove the keyboard, just pull out the battery, hard drive and rmove the memory and network card covers on the bottem. Blow all these areas out and try to get in there better. Once the laptop is cleaned it should run better and the problem should go away.
