Question I have HCL CRT monitor. I bought it two years ago.it is always displaying the menu and it automatically increasing the Contrast, bright etc.,as "contrast 100" in the middle of the screen. If I press Exit button - it goes off and reappears within seconds.Need your assistance on this.
Answer Have you tried cleaning the monitor?
Just get some canned air from an office supply store. Unplug the monitor and use the canned air to blow out all the vent holes. Leave it unplugged for about one day to discharge then plug it back and and check function.
