Question Did any body film the 1967 Monkees concert tour? If they did is it available?

To my knowledge there is no complete video record of the 1967 tour. A couple of years ago, Rhino Handmade records (http://www.rhinohandmade.com/browse/ProductLink.lasso?Number=7755) issued a 4 Cd set of audio recordings from four stops on that tour. But Rhino, which has the exclusive rights to issue Monkees' items, has never announced that 1967 videos are forthcoming. And in my years of collecting I have not seen a bootleg video of their shows from this period.
