Question
1) How many shows was she in?
2) Where is she originally from (ancestors extra.)?
3) How many foster homes did she live in?
4) Were there any near death experiences in her life time?

Answer
Hello Grace.
1, Marilyn was never a regular member of any tv show. She appeared on the Jack Benny show in 1953 as a guest and on Edward R. Murrow's talkshow in 1955.
2, This question is really not my strongsuit. Hopefully you can get more Information by searching the Internet.
I did discover that Marilyn was related to "John Alden", who came over on the Mayflower (on her father's side). Apparently, President George Bush is also a distant relative of Marilyn's. I also found Information that places Marilyn's distant ancestors into hailing from Viginia in the 1700's.
3, Marilyn only lived in one fosterhome during her childhood. Within weeks of her birth she was given to the Bolenders foster family untill she was 7 years old. The rest of her childhood was spent (briefly) with her Mother Gladys, with her Mother's friend Grace and her relatives, an orphanage, her (missing!!) uncle's family and an english acting couple that acted as babysitters for young Marilyn.
4, I am not aware of any near death experiences reported on.
