Well, that's going a way back. I don't know if I have a list of all of them, but for sure, there were:

Memphis Chicks
Denver Bears
Indianapolis Indians
Ottawa Lynx
Albany Polecats
Cape Fear Crocs
Harrisburg Senators
West Palm Beach Expos
Jupiter Hammerheads
Clinton LumberKings
Burlington (IA) Bees
Sumter (SC) Expos
Vermont Expos
Jamestown Expos
Wichita Wings
Delmarva Shorebirds

I think that's pretty much it, I don't think there's anymore teams, unless they were in the early years, but even then, it's pretty much what you see here
