Question
When starting off in first gear and the beginning of second gear, the bike lacks power. It tends to "bogg" down, it continues to run, but just lacks power. It runs great thru all gears, just at the begining it has this hesitation.

Answer
Hi Jason,

Bogging down means air-fuel mixture is too rich.

An air restriction or too much fuel in one of the carb circuits will cause this problem.

Check for air intake restriction or overly rich air-fuel mixture.

There's not much given for me to retun much of a diagnosis.

Respectfully,
