Question
Centrifugal clutch, can not get the clutch to engage regardless of engine RPM with gear selector lever in any of it's 4 positions. What could be the issue?

Answer
You need to adjust the clutch.  There's an adjustment screw that you need to loosen up the lock nut.  Turn the screw in until it feels loose and then back the screw out until you feel some resistance.  Then turn the screw in 1/2 turn and tighten the lock nut.  If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to replace the clutch plates which could be worn out.

Regards
Rich
