Question
2003 HD Road King, FLHR-1-(No front air shocks)
7000 miles, bought 3 months ago with 4600 miles, excellent condition
Front left shock just started leaking small amount of oil, appears to be coming from the top bolt, What will be involved to repair, & will it cause damage to still ride? Thanks

Answer
You need to jack up the bike so there is no pressure on the forks. remove the top cap. If that is where the leak is, there is a o-ring. replace it. you probably havent lost enough fork oil to worry about draining it and replacing it. If you dont fix it the fork will drain out and you will loose the damping on that fork. then you will have to repair and refill the fork
Good luck and happy riding
