Question I have a 01 flhri. I'm having a problem with my headlight, tail lights, brakes lights and fuel level indicator not working. When the fuel gauge works, lights work and visa versa. Flasher work all the time. not acting like a short, when it works, it works til the dash switch is turned off, then nothing. acts like a relay sticking. Help, Thanks, Steve
Answer On your bike, you dont hae relays, you have fuses. You have a short in the lighting system. What you need to do is when its off, strat tracing the wires from the ignition switch to the lights. Make sure you check all the connections to make sure they are tight. You can wiggle them and see if the lights come back on and that will let you know which connection is bad, if that is the problem
