Question QUESTION: I have a 95 Sportster that is leaking a little oil from the front mounting stud. This is the one that is on the right side when you are facing the bike. How do i fix this ?

ANSWER: Is the stud your referring to on the lower front of the motor or the oil tank, gas tank basically what stud are you talking about?

QUESTION: This is the stud on the upper part of the cylinder that goes in to the mounting bracket and then has a lock washer and nut on it. I have tighted the nut as it was a little louse but am still getting an oil drip from the the stud
Answer Sounds like your referring to the front cylinder upper mounting stud. This stud doesn't protrude into a oil passage so I think what you actually have is the front rocker box upper rocker plate/piece is leaking and running down on this stud then dripping off. Is this true?
