Question
I bought it wrecked.I have put new spark plugs,and a used selenoid.The selenoid clicked one time,each time I started it.Then it stopped.Before I was starting it with a screwdriver.What could be wrong ?         THANKS,superboy415

Answer
Hi Mike,

Describe how the engine was started with a screwdriver.

The starter solenoid should click once with 12VDC applied to it's terminals. I suspect the starter motor needs attention.

Can you give me any other details on the MC? Have you heard the engine start and run? Has it sat parked for awhile (more than two weeks)?

Include your email address as requested. I'll return repair info files via email.

Respectfully,
Mark Shively
