I have a '94 and the manual specs .002 for both intake and exhaust.  Other 4-strokes I've had specify .004- intake an .005-exhaust.  .002 seems tight, but the little motor probably doesn't heat-up as much as the others.

The answer is: with the engine warmed up, it should be 0.05mm or 0.002inches.
