Normally I would say that this sofa is too large to get through a 31" door width. I checked on the photo link you sent me and enlarged a picture of the sofa. It seems that this is the type of sofa that separates into 3 individual pieces. Some manufactuers make it possible for this to happen by bolting each unit on a set of rails under the sofa. To be sure, I would contact customer service and see if this feature is on this sofa. If it is, the units will fit through even if they have to recline each piece first and tip it on its side to get through. If the sofa has to stay in one piece, it will be to large to angle through.
Let me know what you find out and keep me posted

QUESTION: Thank You Harry for the quick response,
Yes the Sofa can be disassembled into 3 pieces (Ashley confirmed that) . So after disassembly , it would fit in that door right ?
Thanks Once again Harry, you made my day.
Answer Hello Madhu,
You should be in good shape. You will need space on the other side of the doorway to allow for lapping the sofa section through. They can recline the units and wrap them around the door frame edge, this gives the section a lower profile.
