Moving Furniture/reclining chair, changing the lever

Terry Canup wrote at 2014-07-19 16:50:26
Switching a lane recliner handle requires extensive modification to the chair. Not only putting a small hole in the upholstery for the new handle, but reversing the lever bar and physically modifying the spring assembly. This should be done by a furniture specialist. Alternatively, Lane does offer many chairs with the mechanism already set for the left side, by special order.
