Question
Do you know of a way that I can take my cassette tapes and put them onto CD's? Thanks.
Admiral_N

Answer
The best way to do this is to, plug your cassette player into the line in on your PC. Then to get some recording software such as Cool Edit Pro, or Soundforge. Or in fact, any piece of software that will record sound. Then, press play on your cassette player and check the levels of volume coming into your computer. Most pieces of software have a meter of some kind to make sure that the sound is not going to be distorted.
You then, record each of the tracks off the tape and rename them with the title of the recording. Once you have them on your computer, you can burn them to an audio CD using any cd burning software.
Cheers
Rob
