Question HI Rob, I make simple audio CD's for the car now and then, and CD's with pics on them and need to know which type or brand I need, not interested in long term high end types, just some simple stuff, I currenlty use CD R and CD RW.

I suggest that you either use Branded CD-R's e.g. Maxell, Sony, Verbatim Etc. or go to a web site such as http://www.dvd-and-media.com/
and buy some of the Clonedisks by Ritek. Ritek manufacture some of the best dyes (the recordable layer of the disc) and these are often used by the big brands. This will guarantee you a high quality recording at an affordable price.
