I composed this piece of music but it sounds like something I've heard it before. Could you see if you can identify it?

It doesn't sound like a rip-off, if that's what you mean. It has the feeling of "Speak Softly Love" (the theme from THE GODFATHER). . .but it's not so much like it that it's composer, Nino Rota probably won't send someone to your house to break your legs.
