Question
Hello and thank you for your time. At current my wife an I have our 401k with Vanguard in 2 seperate funds, The VG Balanced Index and the VG LifeStrategy Growth; VBINX and VASGX. I am worried about the econmy with rising fears of inflation and instabilty in the stock market, yet we have not decreased our 401k witholdings. I would like however to spread some of our money into energy and commodities. Do you have any suggestions for energy and commodity Vanguard funds that we could move some money into from our 2 existing funds and also what % of allocations would you suggest, at current we have 65% in the LifeStrategy Growth fund and the remainder in the Balanced Index. We are in our mid 30's so retirement is 30 + years away. Thank you.
