Question
Hi John,

I'm new to investing; almost brand new. Can you tell me what a no load mutual fund is?

Thanks,
Kim

P.S. Any website you can direct me to for investing?

Answer
A no load mutual fund is a mutual fund that does not impose a sales charge (commission) when you buy or sell it.  Since you are new to investing, a brief description of mutual funds may also be useful.  I would visit www.vangaurd.com, enter the personal investors section and go to the planning and advice tab.  There is good introductory info here on mututal funds. I hope this helps.
