Question

 hello sir..

i would like to know what is mutual fund..why it is essential..why it is used in companies and baking sectors.

Answer
You migh want to go to the public library in your area. Find the Morningstar book, and this is about 3000 pages. This is a free look with alot of information in the public library. It covers what is a mutual fund and all the major funds out there. In short, mutual funds are simply the use of money to buy stocks and bonds. Most funds own hundreds of stocks and bonds in a single mutual fund.
