Question
Bugs, worms, viruses   AAAAHHHHHH!

I am getting tired of taking my computer all the way to town paying 200.00 dollars to have the guy tell me you had the "Motob Worm" and we upgraded your ram.

I am getting better and the last visit i know for a fact that ram does not look like a Capacitor. I hope.

My question is this.

If you have a bug or whatever? where do you look for it?

My screen pointer thing stops in mid movement and my computer is sending something via the internet without my knowledge. What is this and where do i find it?

Respectfuly,
Aaron

Answer
well from what i'v elearned from my grandfather usually viruses can be found through your scan system, like norton virus protection or etc. usually it should do a scan every now and then and that tells you you have a virus or bug in your system, if you dont have one of those protection programs then you should have one a.s.a.p. because without it your computer is always going to be messing up and shutting down if it doesnt get fixed, and for the 2nd question about the pointer thats sort of out of my field i dont really know anything about that so you can just try finding someone else to figure it out for you, but thanks for using me for your help, i'll always do my best to get what you need answered to the best of my abilties.
