Yes, Lance has a girlfriend. Her name is Laura and I'm pretty sure they've been friends for a while.
As for JC, I'm really not sure if he's dating Emmanuelle Chiriqi (sp?) from On the Line. There are pictures of them together where it seems they are on a date, but who knows? Maybe they are just friends... Don't believe anything until you hear it from the guys first. And I know for a fact that the Lance thing was confirmed.
