About Chris Expertise I know almost every paint scheme and car model year from about 2000 and up. Stuff I'm not good with includes; car setups, aero packages, mostly the actual racing, but I do know a lot about the paint jobs and car models.
Experience I have been designing real life NASCAR schemes for NASCAR computer games since about 2002. I know the placement of every little sticker on most cars. Even small things I notice, such as a different sticker on part of the car, and even what track the special paint schemes were used.
Question Will Dale jr. fire his cousin Tony jr. if he keeps haveing pit problems, or is that tandium together and set in stone forever? It just seems there are a lot of missed opertunities for Jr, with him as his Crew Cheif.
Answer Dale Jr probably should have another 10 wins or so, but Tony has made some bad calls over the years. I personally do not think Dale Jr or Hendrick Motorsports will fire Tony as crew chief. I do believe they are pretty much together forever just like Matt Kenseth and Robbie Reiser were until Robbie's retirement from crew chief. Dale Jr is pretty easy to predict, when he left DEI you knew he would drive a Chevy, when Mountain Dew was announced as a sponsor you knew it wouldn't be an eye catching design. What I'm saying is Dale Jr is very traditional and set on his ways, so I don't think Tony will go anywhere unless he decides to retire from crew chief. Do I think Dale Jr needs a need crew chief? Yes, if he wants to win some races and be a solid contender for the championship. Will that happen? I doubt it.
