Expertise
I can answer any questions about drivers, cars, crews, teams, shops, championchips and any technical question about the rules and regulations of NASCAR. The only question I might not be able to answer is one that deals with the small parts inside the car that help the car's performance, but the stuff such as the body, engine, and spoiler are easy.

Question
???WHAT IS THE QUARTERMILE E.T. ON A NASCAR SPRINT CUP STOCK CAR IF THEY WERE RUNNING A 4.11 GEAR WITH 860 HP ? DO YOU THINK A GT1 AMERICAN LeMANS SERIES CORVETTE C6R ( 2500 LBS. WITH 650 HP ) IS ROUGHLY CLOSE TO A SPRINT CUP CAR IN QUARTERMILE PERFORMANCE ?

Answer
Hi Miguel,

I don't know of any Sprint cup car that has tried a quarter mile before. But i don't think they could take a LeMans Corvette in a quarter mile.  Sprint Cup cars are setup more more top speed than acceleration, in other words, it takes them a few laps to get warmed up. I think the corvette would get to the line first.

Hope i helped.
