Question
Are the lug nuts built onto the rims ?

Answer
No, they are glued on using weather strip glue that remains flexible and pulls loose as the tire is pushed on. I have answered the lugnut question numerous times so if you go back a little ways in my previous answers you can find a more detailed answer.
