Question
Were there any drivers who finished out side the top 10 for the cup races that would of had a shot at the cup if they had not been excluded by the change of rules? Like Jammie or Dale ect...?
I know this is going to come up in the futher is this going to be addressed in the rules package for next year, any driver outside looking in that gets hot for those last ten races could create havic with a law suit 10 I feel is too few maybe they should look at 15? I am sure every fan has an opinion on this....

Answer
No, there were no drivers who finished outside the top 10 that had a shot at the Cup. Jamie McMurray would have finished 6th in points but was locked out of an appearance on stage with the top 10 in NY. He will receive the "11th" place prize bonus. Don't see any lawsuits though. Those are the rules, if you want to play on NASCAR's field you play by their rules.
